SALINAS, Calif. – July 25th, 2008 – Abramson Church & Stave LLP (AC&S) announces the upcoming Employee Discharge and Documentation in California Seminar to be held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey on Wednesday August 13th, 2008 at 8:30 am. Anne Olsen, partner and head of the Labor and Employment Law Department of AC&S, and Rafael Vazquez, associate attorney with AC&S, will be presenting the seminar. The Labor and Employment Law Department of AC&S represents employers throughout the tri-county area in all aspects of labor and employment law.
On a daily basis, employers are faced with state and federal laws with which they must comply.
